Breakfast

Before starting our sessions, our students take enough time that is fixed in their daily schedules to have their breakfast. Every single student is asked to bring his breakfast in a healthy lunch box. Parents are addressed to prepare their kids’ breakfast before the beginning of the school day; it has to be fresh, delicious, and healthy integrating all of the nutrients that are essential for the kids’ bodies and minds.

Breakfast time also includes many healthy self-care habits like washing their hands and brushing their teeth after having their meals. Students learn how they should behave for a meal considering food etiquette.
